A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per address. Multiple orders that take you over the maximum of 10 will be cancelled and refunded (minus booking fees).  To avoid disappointment please don’t make multiple orders.

A maximum of 4 child tickets and 4 toddler tickets per order. Child tickets sell out very quickly ! As children under 18 cannot enter without an adult, we do not sell individual child tickets so you have to buy at least one  adult ticket per order 

Under 5s are free but you still need to add them to your order

We do not offer refunds on tickets unless the event is cancelled and we can only refund the original purchaser of the ticket.

You will receive a QR code per order  which you will need to exchange for paper tickets .

Ticket collection day is 20th June 2026 from Little Aston School Forge Lane between 10AM-12PM. This is only day our volunteers are available. You may lose your allocation if you, or someone on your behalf  doesn’t pick up the tickets on this day.

YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY TO THE EVENT IF YOU ONLY SHOW THE QR CODE - YOU MUST EXCHANGE YOUR QR CODE FOR A PAPER TICKET ON TICKET COLLECTION DAY

There is a 20p per ticket and 3%  booking fee per order 

We can upgrade child tickets to adults after you have collected your paper tickets 

Children are your responsibility and they are not permitted to enter or leave the park without an adult

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT AS WE ARE UNABLE TO CORRECT IT ONCE THE PURCHASE IS FINALISED

We reserve the right to issue you with a child wristband if we believe you are under 18. Please bring photo ID to prove your age on the day of the event.
